Melbourne Airport Domestic:
For domestic travellers, we will meet you inside the terminal at the bottom of the Escalators in the Arrival terminal.

Melbourne Airport International:
For international travellers, once you have cleared the customs doors you should turn to your Right and the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it at the ‘Chauffer Meeting Point’.
